SIZE CONFIRMATION
The Client is required to confirm the interior size of the bed in centimeters before order confirmation. Any non-standard or customized (odd-sized) mattress is non-refundable, and such an order cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
Please contact nearest showroom for your odd/special size mattress requirements.
COMFORT GUARANTEE IS NOT APPLICABLE ON ODD SIZE MATTRESSES.

THE COLOR AND FABRIC ON MATTRESS MAY BE DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURE FROM TIME TO TIME.
In order to increase the longevity of your mattress and take care of your health, WE RECOMMEND the use of BREATHABLE WATERPROOF Mattress Protector / Cover to protect the mattress from urine, other liquid spillage, dust/mites, bed bugs, etc.
DELIVERY TERMS
WE DO NOT AT ANY POINT GIVE AN ASSURANCE OF THE EXACT TIME OF DELIVERY. IF AN ASSURANCE IS DEMANDED, THEN THE DELIVERY WILL QUALIFY UNDER THE “EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE”. PLEASE INQUIRE ON THIS SERVICE.
Dr. Mattress® offers delivery services within the environs of the showroom location. Management reserves the right to determine the items that qualify under the delivery service and the lead times thereon.
Delivery can be done at odd hours due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic or accidents and if the client does not accept this, they must inform in writing in advance.
Failure to receive goods on the scheduled delivery date will attract charges for the second delivery. Charges are to the discretion of the company.
If the client needs to change the agreed delivery date, we must be notified latest a day prior to the delivery date. Any delivery canceled after dispatch will attract charges for the second delivery. Charges are to the discretion of the company.
Due to the size and nature of our products we request our clients to ensure a clear path from the parking to where the goods will be placed. Dr. Mattress® & our delivery team will NOT be responsible of clearing any objects/obstruction on the path and of any damage/loss of items during the delivery.
