30 Day RETURN POLICY
Dr. Mattress® provides sleep centres, where our clients can test and make the right mattress choice. The right mattress depends on body shape, weight and personal comfort preferences. However, we understand that it might take days for someone to adjust to a new mattress. We want to be sure you made the right decision and allow you enough time to get used to your new Dr. Mattress® mattress, which you will be using for long. We hence provide a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY.
What is covered under the 30day return policy
We have a 30-day return policy on our standard size spring mattresses.
The 30 day return policy is applicable if the client buys the mattress together with the Dr. Mattress or clean rest waterproof mattress encasement.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
30 day re-selection policy is not applicable on the following standard sizes (4.5ft, 4ft, 3.5ft & 3ft) on the following mattresses (Contour Pro, Contour xf, Contour Visco, Contour latex , Contour royalty and Naturmatt).
Naturmatt Mattress Return policy
The 30day return policy is only applicable to the imported sizes 152*200cm/150*200cm/ 183*200cm/180*200cm if the client buys the mattress together with the Dr. Mattress® or CleanRest® waterproof mattress encasement. The policy is not applicable to the following Naturmatt sizes:
- 90*190cm/90*200cm
- 107*190cm/107*200cm
- 122*190cm/122*200cm/120*200cm
- 137*190cm/137*200cm
- 152*190cm/183*190cm
HOW IT WORKS
- Buy a Dr. Mattress® standard size pocket spring mattress from us. (Refer to what is covered under the 30day return policy)
- Purchase a DR. MATTRESS® WATERPROOF MATTRESS ENCASEMENT.
- We’ll deliver your mattress with the waterproof mattress encasement.
- Sleep on your new mattress for 30 nights to get used to the amazing comfort and support it offers.
- If you are happy with the comfort level and your body adjusts to the firmness, enjoy the Dr. Mattress® experience.
- If you’re not happy, contact us within 30 days from delivery date. Our customer service staff will work with you to answer your questions and resolve your concerns.
- As long as the waterproof mattress encasement is intact and the mattress is a standard size (please refer to what is covered under the 30day return policy), we will allow for a re-selection.
- If we can’t find a way to make you happy we’ll take the mattress back and reimburse your purchase price of the mattress but you will keep the waterproof mattress encasement.
- Transport cost may apply depending on the location of reselected/refunded mattress.
- 30 day return is limited to 1 time selection only.
- 30 DAY RETURN POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ODD SIZE MATTRESSES.
Dr. Mattress® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.
